• Onde is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by these platforms. They may change their APIs or suspend access without BAPTCOMPANY being liable.

4. Content and responsibility

• You are solely responsible for content you create, upload, schedule or publish through Onde, and for its compliance with the law and platform rules (copyright, image rights, music, advertising disclosures, etc.).
• You keep your rights in your content and grant us only the license needed to host, process and transmit it to the platforms you choose.
• You must not publish unlawful, hateful, defamatory or misleading content, content infringing third-party rights, or engage in spam or coordinated inauthentic behavior.

5. AI-generated content

• Onde uses third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral AI, Kling AI) to generate or analyze text, images and videos.
• Generated content consists of suggestions: it may be inaccurate, incomplete, unoriginal or biased. You must review and approve it before publication; nothing is published without an action from you (approval or scheduling).

8. Termination and deletion

• BAPTCOMPANY may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or risk to the security of the service or connected platforms, or discontinue the service with reasonable prior notice.
• On termination, social media tokens are deleted; posts already published on the platforms remain online on your accounts.

9. Personal data

10. Intellectual property

The service, its code, brand and interface belong to BAPTCOMPANY. No right other than a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use is granted.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Users are notified by email of significant changes; continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
